Rules and Regulations:
1.Confirmation of Booking: Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit. Prior to that the booking will only be regarded as provisional.
Note: Cancellation Policy
We understand that your plans may change, so should you require to cancel your booking we would ask you to do so as soon as possible. You may cancel up to 5 days before your booking without being charged. However bookings cancelled after this will be charged one night's full price.

2.Only halal foods and beverages are allowed to be brought into the premises. Liquor/Alcoholic drinks are prohibited.

3.Please maintain the cleanliness in and out of the premises. Please dispose all wastes into proper waste bins provided.

4.Please don't waste energy, let others use them by switching-off all lights, fans and air-conditioners when not in use.

5.Do not leave any valuables in the house. Make sure all windows, doors and gates are locked when you leave the premises even for a moment. The management will not be liable for any loss of valuables while you're staying in the guesthouse.

 6.Damage and Breakage.  Please report any damage to the management. We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do not charge for minor breakages. But we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage is significant.
We do however reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused, for any items discovered missing after you depart or for the cost of the rooms for any time period for which it is considered un-usable due to damage.

 7.We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you (or other members of your party) whilst on our premises unless caused by the negligence of us.
